easyfinancial has helped millions of Canadians by providing lendingproducts when banks are not an option; assisting clients to regain their financial footing, and rebuild their credit. Together with Figure3, easyfinancial wanted to reimagine their client-facing branch environment in order to position themselves as Canada’s #1 Non Prime Lender. With a focus on education, comfort and trust, Figure3 created a seamless OMNI channel journey that transitions customers from an online application to a personalized human interaction at the branch level.

The new design enables customers to easily comprehend the easyfiancial offerings at a time when information can feel overwhelming. A welcoming entry experience opens to a waiting area with a standout back-lit merchandiser featuring additional product exposure. Intuitive touch-points throughout the experience support a consistent retail journey, and reinforce easyfinancial’s values and benefits. Strategic placement of double sided print or digital frames provide the perfect opportunity for financial advisors to cross-sell products. These interchangeable frames ensure that process of updating marketing messages is fast and easy.

In order to address sound transfer and provide the perfect balance of acoustics when discussing personal financial information, pod-like squoval structures are positioned throughout the otherwise open floorplan. Each structure is outfitted with ergonomic furniture, including a sit/stand desk and adjustable monitor brackets. Slatted walls allow for light to permeate the space while providing privacy and additional acoustic properties.

Following the success of this design, Figure3 is now collaborating with easyfiancial to translate the kit-of-parts to accommodate smaller format, neighborhood locations of approximately 1,500 to 1,750 sf.
