Located in Oakville, the Distrikt Trailside community is designed for an elevated lifestyle. Elegant and inviting, Figure3’s design direction of the presentation centre has an emphasis on comfort, while exhibiting the luxurious qualities of the development.

Designed as a speakeasy-style lounge, potential buyers can be relaxed in the hospitable surroundings. As guests arrive, they are captured by how it would feel to enter the property’s lobby and amenity spaces themselves. Inspired by fashion brands, the combination of strong patterns and large floral decorative prints in the space reimagine the traditional style typically seen in presentation centres, for a tasteful yet refined atmosphere.

Figure3’s design approach has been extremely effective for the presentation centre with 75% of units sold within the first two months of opening.
